Dynamic Investor Reporting
Fund managers can now shape the reporting experience their investors see 📊 — define your data once, connect it to the charts you choose, and let every investor see only the numbers they're entitled to.
What's new
Reporting on your branded landing page is now built on datasets you create and manage yourself. Each dataset carries its own access rules, so when you connect it to a chart, that chart renders dynamically for each investor based on what they're allowed to see. One page, one setup — personalized for every investor who opens it.
Why it matters
- Build the reporting view once instead of maintaining a separate page or file for each investor.
- Access rules live with the data, so no investor ever sees another investor's position.
- Update the dataset and every chart connected to it refreshes — no rebuilding the page each reporting cycle.
- Investors get their figures at a glance, without opening a document.
Who it's for
- Fund managers publishing performance and portfolio data to investors through their branded landing page.
- Investors who want a clear, visual view of their own position without digging through reports.
How it works
- Create and manage your datasets, setting who can see which records. Permissions are part of the dataset, not something you configure per chart.
- Add reporting widgets to the page: data value cards for headline figures, line charts for trends over time, bar charts for period comparisons, and pie or donut charts for breakdowns.
- Connect each widget to a dataset, then choose the metrics and time range it displays.
- Arrange the widgets — resize them, place them side by side or full width — until the layout tells the story you want.
- Publish once. Each investor opens the same page and sees it rendered against their own permitted data.
