Subscription Management: Save & resume in batch countersign

Until now, batch countersigning had to be finished in one session—exiting midway meant re-entering signers and commitment amounts.

Now your progress saves automatically from the add-signers step onward, and any team member can resume a saved preparation.

✨ What's new:

• Save and close at any point from the signer's step, with auto-save in the background
• Resume saved preparations — each shows who created it, the latest preparer, and the step it was saved at
• See when a subscription is already in another preparation—only the first countersign request sent is valid

You're now fully in control of your side letters: remove one yourself in seconds — even when it holds a single document — with no support ticket and no waiting on a manual fix.

What's new

You can delete a side letter section directly, including its last or only document. Deleting the final file removes the whole side letter, so a document added by mistake is resolved on the spot.

• Stay in control — the investor no longer sees a side letter once you remove it

Previously, filters applied on the investor dashboard were lost when entering the Batch Countersign flow — all eligible LPs appeared regardless of your selection, making it difficult to countersign by partnership or investor group.

Now, a confirmation modal previews your selected LP list before you enter the batch flow, so you can verify exactly who's included and catch ineligible investors before committing.

What's new:

• Dashboard filter selections (by partnership, form data, or any column) carry into Batch Countersign
• New confirmation modal shows the full selected LP list before you proceed
• Ineligible LPs are flagged with a red ✕ for easy identification
• A built-in tip links back to the dashboard for more advanced filtering options

Uploading new documents to your data room just got a lot more personal. You can now customize the notification email investors receive when you share new files. So your update lands like a thoughtful note, not a system alert.

What's new:

• Permission-scoped links, automatically. Every link in the email respects each recipient's existing access — no manual check, no accidental exposure.
• Pick exactly who gets notified. Choose specific investors or groups per upload, so the right people get the right files.
  
• Write your own subject and message. Use the rich text editor to explain what's inside, highlight what matters, and set the right tone—whether it's a formal quarterly update or a quick heads-up, it's your call.
• Add a custom call-to-action. Replace the generic "View documents" button with whatever fits "Review Q4 financials." "See the updated LPA," or "Open the data room."
  
• One guided 3-step flow. Upload → Select recipients → Prepare message. Done in under a minute.

Fund managers can now assign a single user to as many groups as needed. Permissions are automatically combined across all assigned groups, so access is flexible, dynamic, and tailored to every participants. No more creating different permutations to create a desired permission setup
