Previously, filters applied on the investor dashboard were lost when entering the Batch Countersign flow — all eligible LPs appeared regardless of your selection, making it difficult to countersign by partnership or investor group.

Now, a confirmation modal previews your selected LP list before you enter the batch flow, so you can verify exactly who's included and catch ineligible investors before committing.

What's new:

• Dashboard filter selections (by partnership, form data, or any column) carry into Batch Countersign
• New confirmation modal shows the full selected LP list before you proceed
• Ineligible LPs are flagged with a red ✕ for easy identification
• A built-in tip links back to the dashboard for more advanced filtering options
