Subscription Management: Save & resume in batch countersign

Until now, batch countersigning had to be finished in one session—exiting midway meant re-entering signers and commitment amounts.

Now your progress saves automatically from the add-signers step onward, and any team member can resume a saved preparation.

• Save and close at any point from the signer's step, with auto-save in the background
• Resume saved preparations — each shows who created it, the latest preparer, and the step it was saved at
• See when a subscription is already in another preparation—only the first countersign request sent is valid
