We are notifying you of a scheduled comment data migration for Fund Subscription on Wednesday, 30 September and Thursday, 1 October, each running from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM ET.

Funds are migrated one at a time, and each fund takes up to about five minutes. During those few minutes:

• Commenting on that fund becomes view only. You can read existing comments, but cannot post a new comment or reply.
• Your other funds, and everything else in Anduin, continue to work normally.

No action is required from you. This is not a service outage, and the Anduin platform remains available throughout both windows.

This migration makes the comment inbox faster and more reliable, and gives us a more resilient foundation for the commenting capabilities we are building next. Your data will remain secure and unaffected throughout this process.

Prepare & Send Executed Documents is now available in Fund Subscription. Fund managers can assemble every investor's closing package in one place - documents, collaborators, CC recipients and the closing email - and release them together, without sending one email per investor.

The flow follows the closing itself: select the subscriptions to close out, attach anything an individual investor needs, confirm who receives what, then send. Nothing is distributed until that final step.

Who this is for

Prepare & Send Executed Documents is built for fund managers who close out a subscription by adding documents to the executed packages in one batch action, then sending them in another - where anything an individual investor needs has to be worked around.

Until now, distributing countersigned documents took two separate steps that did not know about each other. The add-documents batch applied the same files to everyone in the selection, so a package that needed to differ for one investor fell outside it. There was no way to add collaborators or copy anyone in, and no way to stop halfway and come back.

Both steps now live in one place. Fund managers prepare every investor's package on a single screen - documents, collaborators, CC recipients and the closing email - and release them when the closing is ready.

This helps firms handle a closing where investors need different documents - a side letter here, a certificate there - in the same pass as everything else. Progress is saved as work continues, so a closing can be prepared across several sittings rather than in a single run.

How it works

1. Find it on the dashboard

Fund managers can reach the flow in two ways, depending on the current selection. With nothing selected, a banner sits at the top of the subscription dashboard with a count and a button: Prepare and send executed documents.

Select any subscription and the banner clears, because the action now applies to that selection rather than to all of them. The same action is then in the Batch menu, under Subscription documents.

2. See everything ready to distribute

The flow opens on a table of every subscription eligible for this closing - one row per investor, with the documents already in their package, the documents added so far, and who is set to receive them.

This is the working screen for the whole flow: return to it at any point, change one package, and leave the rest alone.

3. Add documents

Attach side letters, certificates or anything else the investor needs alongside the subscription booklet. The same file can go to several packages at once, and added files appear in the Added documents column.

4. Add recipients

Add the people who should receive the closing email. Collaborators get access to the subscription in their investor dashboard; CC recipients are copied on the email only, with no documents or links. Both columns accept a spreadsheet import for longer lists.

5. Review a package

The eye icon on any row opens that investor's package. Check the accepted capital amount, download or remove a document, adjust recipients, and edit the closing email - subject, message and the button the investor clicks. Save stays disabled until something changes.

6. Send

Select the packages ready for release and choose Send executed documents. Each investor receives their own email with their own documents. Anything not ready stays where it is.

Good to know

Three things worth knowing before the first closing.

* Collaborators can do everything the main investor can: Adding someone as a collaborator grants them the same access to the subscription package as the main investor. The main investor and existing collaborators are locked here - removing them happens in the subscription itself. If someone only needs to be kept informed, add them as a CC recipient instead.

* Deleting a document is permanent: Removing a file from a package deletes it - restoring it means uploading it again. This applies to the subscription booklet too, so download a copy before replacing it with a revised version.

* Funds with more than one currency: If the fund accepts capital in more than one currency, the package shows one amount field per fund currency. Enter the amount for the currency the investor committed in.

If an amount exceeds the commitment for that currency, the field flags it - only the currency that exceeds is marked.

Subscription Management: Save & resume in batch countersign

Until now, batch countersigning had to be finished in one session—exiting midway meant re-entering signers and commitment amounts.

Now your progress saves automatically from the add-signers step onward, and any team member can resume a saved preparation.

✨ What's new:

• Save and close at any point from the signer's step, with auto-save in the background
• Resume saved preparations — each shows who created it, the latest preparer, and the step it was saved at
• See when a subscription is already in another preparation—only the first countersign request sent is valid

Tag your data room participants by investor entity, region, or any label you choose — completely separate from permissions — and see how each segment is engaging.

No more stretching permission groups to do a job they weren't built for.

What's new:

• Create and assign multiple tags to any participant, including those you've invited but who haven't joined yet
• Filter Insights by tag and view per-tag engagement—visits, views, downloads, access %, and time spent—in a new Tags view
• Include tags in participant exports and activity-log reports
• Filter recipients by tag when sending file-upload notifications

You're now fully in control of your side letters: remove one yourself in seconds — even when it holds a single document — with no support ticket and no waiting on a manual fix.

What's new

You can delete a side letter section directly, including its last or only document. Deleting the final file removes the whole side letter, so a document added by mistake is resolved on the spot.

• Move faster — fix a side letter mistake yourself instead of raising a request and waiting
• Stay in control — the investor no longer sees a side letter once you remove it
• Keep a clean record — every deletion is confirmed and logged for audit

File Insights helps firms:

• Maintain a complete record of investor interactions across document versions

⚙️ How it works

File Insights introduces three key capabilities after a document has been shared:

1. Engagement Status Tracking:

Quickly see whether a shared document has been accessed by any recipient directly from the document dashboard.

2. Reminder Emails:

Send reminder emails to recipients who have not yet engaged with a document, either individually or in bulk across multiple documents.

3. Detailed Engagement Insights:

Access a dedicated insights view for each document, including:

• Engagement metrics and visual summaries
• Recipient-level view and download activity
• A complete recipient activity log
• Version-level insights for documents with multiple versions

Previously, filters applied on the investor dashboard were lost when entering the Batch Countersign flow — all eligible LPs appeared regardless of your selection, making it difficult to countersign by partnership or investor group.

Now, a confirmation modal previews your selected LP list before you enter the batch flow, so you can verify exactly who's included and catch ineligible investors before committing.

What's new:

• Dashboard filter selections (by partnership, form data, or any column) carry into Batch Countersign
• New confirmation modal shows the full selected LP list before you proceed
• Ineligible LPs are flagged with a red ✕ for easy identification
• A built-in tip links back to the dashboard for more advanced filtering options

Until now, adding participants to a data room meant pasting a list of emails into one group, then repeating the process for every other permission group — turning a typical fund close with 50+ groups into hours of repetitive clicks.

Admins can now invite all participants across every permission group in a single guided workflow—using the spreadsheets they already maintain.

What's new:
